We’re a thriving fully remote working content marketing agency just outside Bristol looking for a new writer to join our team.

We’re after an independent thinker with impeccable writing skills who is pleased to turn their hand to any tone, any format and any context to deliver successful marketing communications across all platforms.

You'll possess:

  • Outstanding English and grammar skills.
  • Strong desk research abilities.
  • The ability to pick out the most relevant info nuggets from often woolly client briefs to create clear, simple messages.
  • The ability to jump in at the deep end and swim.
  • A strong understanding of business-to-business marketing communications.
  • The capacity to produce high quality copy within relatively short spaces of time.
  • A desire to get involved in the wider marketing world, getting to know our clients and suggesting creative ideas when necessary.
  • You’ll enjoy working as part of a close-knit team. You’ll be ambitious and not afraid to get stuck in. You’ll have the time-management skills to manage several assignments at once and the flexibility to switch between different clients and requirements while maintaining the high quality of your work  and have your own transport to travel to monthly staff meetings and other ad hoc meetings in the Bristol area and be now more than 45 minutes travel to Bristol.

Desired skills and experience

You’ll have a desire to work in a small agency and to be part of a close-knit team, but also thrive on having your own area of responsibility.

Writing blog posts, longer-form articles, whitepapers and case studies for highly technical projects in IT and technology, for example in subject areas like cyber security, internet of things, network infrastructure, cloud computing etc.

You’ll need to have the focus and ability to work from home and be self-motivated, as we’re a fully remote working agency.

You’ll also need your own transport as we meet up twice a month for staff meetings.
