We recently hit the lanes for our latest social. And, as you can see, when we go bowling, there are always plenty of laughs to spare.
Enjoying a night on the town (kind of).
When we’re not busy bowling over clients with our content, we’re trying our hardest to bowl-over pins. And that’s exactly what happened when we went out for our latest staff social.
Striking lucky on the lanes.
The first surprise for many of us was the fact that you don’t even have to trade in your shoes anymore — and that’s the excuse we’re using for bowling so badly.
Once we got down to business, game faces appeared and pins started falling (for most of us, at least). We saw some top efforts from asabell’s resident strike machine, Emma — who somehow didn’t win on the night, despite getting three strikes in a row.
In fact, everyone got a strike at some point, except for George (aka Mr Spare).
Nick won both games by merit of avoiding the gutter more than everyone else. However, controversy struck towards the end when the computer missed one pin from Kate’s score. And she wasn’t best pleased when it meant she lost by just one point. Ouch!
A social that bowled us over.
After bowling, we headed for dinner — enjoying a selection of Tex-Mex dishes. Who can really say no to nachos, salsa and guacamole? Not us; that’s for sure.
Our latest social was another top asabell team night out — and we can’t wait for the next one.
