After successfully revamping the in-store restaurant at Garsons Esher, and boosting revenue across the entire centre by ten per cent, Instore wanted to spread the word about its success.
We suggested a case study to fully showcase the dedication and skill Instore had brought to the project. After an initial call, where Instore explained the facts and figures, we wrote and designed a compelling story — outlining everything Instore had achieved at Garson’s, as well as the strategy and hard work behind these successes.
We then incorporated this into Compass Group’s B&I eMagazine, so that it reached a significant audience of current and potential clients. It’s also an essential sales tool for the Instore team as they work hard to add more garden centres to their portfolio.
